    Any returns must first be approved by Peony Farm.  Refunds will be subject to the condition of the merchandise and length of time since purchase date.

    Where the shipper is unable to deliver the merchandise due to incorrect address provided by the customer,  no refunds will be made.  Re-shipment is incur additional shipping charges.  The condition of the merchandise at this time is not guaranteed.

     CANCELLATION POLICY:  Order Cancellations are subject to $25.00 charge.
